Friendly, inclusive primary school in Bolton with strong transport links nearby. Committed to high-quality SEN provision and staff wellbeing Role Overview You will work 1:1 with a pupil with SEN-potentially ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech/language needs or sensory challenges-to:
Clarify instructions and support access to learning, both in-class and during interventions Implement behaviour and communication strategies Collaborate closely with teachers, SENCO, parents, and external professionals Prepare and adapt resources to fit individual learning plans Essential Requirements
Previous experience in 1:1 or small-group SEN support in a primary setting Strong understanding of behaviour strategies , ASC, SEMH, or language-based needs Excellent interpersonal skills-able to liaise with staff, parents, and the SENCO Suitable qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3, CACHE, or equivalent), plus a full DBS or willingness to obtain one What We Offer
